About The Position
As a Fine Jewelry Sales colleague at Macy's, you will provide outstanding customer service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex, creating shopping experiences that make every customer feel welcomed and comfortable. Your role includes meeting sales goals, promoting loyalty and warranty programs, and building relationships with customers through our clientele program. You will demonstrate superior product knowledge to assist customers in selecting and purchasing items that meet their tastes, preferences, and budget.
