Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for someone to help us do extraordinary things. The Apple Retail team is seeking an exceptional Go-to-Market Commercial leader to develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy for Canada and Latin America, driving transformative growth. In this role, you will leverage a deep understanding of retail trends, consumer insights, and the unique dynamics of retail landscape in developed and emerging countries to craft strategies that accelerate growth and innovation for Apple Retail. We are seeking a strategic powerhouse with exceptional storytelling and communication abilities, strong commercial acumen, and outstanding relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in management consulting, retail strategy, or commercial go-to-market planning, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business results.Success in this position requires in depth market analysis, strategic thinking, strong collaboration across teams, and the ability to translate insights into innovative growth initiatives and results.

Requirements

  • MBA or Master's degree in a related field.
  • 10+ years of commercial strategy, go-to-market planning, or retail business management experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Spanish language skills highly preferred.
  • Experience in wireless carrier, fintech, or banking industry.
  • Expertise in e-commerce or omnichannel retail strategies for driving online sales growth.
