About The Position
Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Inc. is excited to announce the opening of a new store in Rothschild, Wisconsin, and we are looking for a Retail Co-Store Manager to join our team. This position is crucial for the successful operation of the sales floor and receiving area. The Co-Store Manager will lead a passionate sales team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for both associates and customers. In this role, you will assist the Store Team Leader in managing various operational aspects, including payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, and shrink reduction. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all company standards are met in every interaction with associates and customers. The Co-Store Manager will play a key role in developing and executing talent planning to foster associate growth and ensure that staffing needs are met according to business demands. Additionally, you will perform all functions necessary to open and close the store and take on any additional responsibilities as assigned. This position requires a strong focus on merchandising, associate development, customer service, and financial oversight. You will be expected to demonstrate Ollie's commitment to exceptional service and operational excellence, ensuring that the store meets all expectations for standards, seasonal transitions, and inventory processes.
