About The Position

This retail clerk position is part-time . Weekends are a must but no evening hours. You will be working directly with customers, completing sales using the POS system and working with inventory. The ideal candidate is personable, polished and provide excellent customer service. Duties include assisting customers with merchandise, point of sale, display work and keeping the store clean. Must be familiar with an IPad. Knowledge of the Square Software helpful but not required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Able to work without direct supervision
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
• Proficient computer and internet skills

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of the Square Software helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Price units, restocks retail items and takes inventory when required
• Operates the complete POS system and other required software
• Maintains retail area in a neat and organized manner
• Understands and communicates all store promotions to customers
• Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist Customers with purchases
• Other duties as assigned
