About The Position

The Chain Store Coordinator supports and protects Empire brand standards across assigned retail chain accounts. This role coordinates in-store execution ensures accurate product presentation and pricing and serves as a key liaison between internal teams and retail partners.

Requirements

Bachelor ’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or One to two years of related experience and/or training; or An equivalent combination of education and experience.
Working knowledge of spreadsheet and word-processing software.
Valid driver ’s license.
Georgia Beer & Wine License.
Minimum of 1 –2 years of experience operating a sit-down or stand-up forklift.
Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

Attend chain-store shelf sets to protect and maximize Empire brand priorities.
Coordinate appropriate manpower for each shelf set to ensure Empire is fully represented at every location.
Recap shelf-set activities and outcomes to the GA Chain Director in a timely manner.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with retail store captains, retail chain partners, and distributors.
Work closely with the Empire Chain Department to ensure accurate pricing, authorizations, and retail execution for each account.
Serve as a shelf-set consultant by reviewing layouts, providing recommendations, and supporting best-in-class merchandising.
Collaborate with the POS/Merchandising Manager to organize, inventory, and maintain retail point-of-sale (POS) materials.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the GA Chain Director.
