Position Summary A Retail Campus Recruiter is a talent advisor to business leaders hosting Retail Management interns, which is a strategic pipeline for the Store Manager in Training (SMIT) development program.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, talent management, human resources, retail, or related operations experience
  • Proficient with applicant tracking systems, i.e. Workday
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Willing to travel routinely for recruiting events and business meetings within state and out of state (including car and plane travel)
  • HS diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred, or equal years of working experience may be considered

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Phenom, AirTable, WayUp/Yello, Handshake or other similar recruiting tools
  • College recruitment experience preferred, ideally in FL, GA, and the southest

Responsibilities

  • Develop influential relationships with hiring leaders, Human Resources Business Partners, and other stakeholders to provide expertise in university recruiting.
  • Design and execute recruiting and branding activities to attract talent aligned with the Retail Management Intern candidate profile.
  • Build robust relationships with universities and community colleges to gain access to current and future applicants and create advocacy with centers of influence.
  • Actively own and advance the hiring process to deliver a best-in-class experience for a diverse, highly qualified slate of candidates.
  • Drive keep-warm activity to reduce reneges and grow candidate attachment.
  • Join forces with multiple colleagues to provide meaningful programming for Retail Management Interns, delivering an experience that drives conversion to SMIT.
  • Contribute to team meetings through idea sharing, discussion, and providing feedback.
  • Complete all necessary training and become fluent in hiring processes and proficient in tech stack.
  • Under leadership of Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, identify and execute opportunities to elevate results and achieve team goals.
