About The Position
We are seeking a professional and dedicated Retail Café Lead to join our team at our brand-new hospital located on the outskirts of Harlowton, MT. This vital role supports the success of our food service operations by delivering high-quality service and exceptional customer satisfaction to patients, residents, guests, and hospital staff. As the Retail Café Lead, you will play an essential role in enhancing the hospital’s retail food service program. You will help improve menu offerings, elevate food presentation, and create an outstanding dining experience in a healthcare setting. Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Previous food service or retail experience preferred
- Previous institutional dietary service experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Take and process breakfast and lunch orders for patients, residents, and staff
- Serve residents in the dining room during breakfast and lunch service
- Prepare and package grab-and-go items, including salads and sandwiches
- Stock and maintain retail and dining areas
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining room and retail space
- Operate point-of-sale system and accept payments (cash and credit card)
- Contribute ideas to enhance menu options and overall food presentation
- Support a positive team environment focused on hospitality and service excellence
