Hammer Made is seeking an experienced, analytical, and commercially driven Retail Business Analyst to play a critical role in shaping merchandising strategy, inventory productivity, and seasonal execution. This role goes beyond reporting. The Retail Business Analyst will drive data-informed decision-making across Product Design, Buying, Marketing, and Retail Operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of retail dynamics, ensuring that product development, inventory investment, and go-to-market execution are aligned to maximize sales and margin performance. This individual will own and manage the Product Development Calendar and Go-To-Market (GTM) Calendar, ensuring disciplined seasonal planning and successful product launches.
