Brand Ambassador This entry-level position is an opportunity to work with an award-winning dealership by welcoming and educating current and potential customers about Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Brand Ambassadors demonstrate superior knowledge of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, merchandise and the history of the Mercedes-Benz brand. Requirements

  • Prior to being employed, applicants for employment must participate in RBM’s normal screening process which includes: completing a full employment application; satisfactory criminal, credit and driving records checks (where applicable); in-person interviews and other inquiries.
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) and authorized to work in the USA for any employer.
  • All applicants must have a current and valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and must be insurable.
  • Basic communication, problem solving skills, and mathematical skills using American units of measure.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a similar role with similar responsibilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service when greeting our customers by: actively listening to their questions, interpreting body language and tone in order to exceed expectations and meet their needs.
  • Encourage customers to interact with vehicles on display to generate excitement and brand engagement.
  • Maintain retail merchandise and store appearance.
  • Manage merchandise purchase transactions and balance cash drawer.
  • Participate in special Mercedes-Benz Experience Store Events on property and in the community, including event set-up and vehicle transportation.
  • Introduce promotions to customers, pursue vehicle/service opportunities, and convert customer contacts to leads. Achieve established department goals.
  • Abide by company policy and departmental best practices and procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
