About The Position

We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Branch Manager to lead our Nazareth branch. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all branch operations while delivering an outstanding banking experience tailored to the financial needs of customers in Nazareth and the surrounding area.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in banking and/or sales management
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) required
• Strong skills in communication, leadership, sales, and coaching
• In-depth knowledge of retail and business banking products and services
• Solid grasp of banking operations, policies, and PC proficiency

Nice To Haves

• Specialized bank sales and product training preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch office in achieving sales and service goals
• Engage in outside sales and client service outreach to current and prospective clients
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
• Organize and direct branch activities, including staff oversight
