About The Position

The Retail Beer Merchandiser at Reyes Beverage Group is responsible for stocking and maintaining beverage products in grocery stores and beverage outlets throughout Bakersfield and surrounding areas. This independent position supports the Sales & Delivery Departments by ensuring that products are well-represented and displayed correctly, contributing to the overall success of the brand in retail environments.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must be able to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds regularly.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance coverage.

Nice To Haves

• 6 months plus of general work experience.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

Responsibilities

• Support Sales & Delivery Departments by ensuring products are up to date and well represented.
• Travel to retail stores to stock, maintain, display, and rotate products correctly.
• Develop supplier brands while providing best-in-class service to maintain market relationships.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
