First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Retail Banking Administrative Specialist to join our Branch Banking Division team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support functions for the Branch Banking and Retail Planning Division Managers.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in business, communications, related field and/or equivalent work experience required
  • 3 years of administrative/office experience required
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with bank employees, customers, and vendors
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines
  • High degree of accuracy and neatness
  • Ability to use sound judgment and discretion regarding reports and confidential information
  • Proficient PC skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and interrelationship between the applications
  • Ability to type a minimum of 45 wpm

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field preferred
  • Courses in business writing and professional development preferred
