Provides prompt, courteous service to customers by processing transactions provided, answering questions, and referring to other departments. Acts as a resource to other retail bankers and has certain levels of operational authority. Accurately maintains a fund of cash. Functions as the bank’s primary contact with the public. While performing the essential job functions of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, talk, hear, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, and reach with hands and arms. This position requires regular use of a computer. The employee must be able to travel between branch locations on a regular basis. The noise level in the work environment is usually light to moderate.
