Requirements

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Must be computer literate
Be open to taking on additional tasks during course of employment.
Portray a positive company image
Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time, have hand dexterity, bend, squat, and lift up to 25 pounds
Must be able to work a rotating schedule, Monday through Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Sundays 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Individual must be able to pass a high-level military background check in order to obtain a pass to the Air Force Base.

Responsibilities

Prospect customers to open checking and savings accounts
Recognize opportunities to upsell our products and services
Follow our company's communication scripts to disclose account information
Count currency, coins, and checks received, by hand or using currency-counting machine
Examine checks for endorsements and to verify other information such as dates, bank names, identification of the person receiving payments and the legality of the documents.
Enter customers’ transactions into computers to record transactions and issue computer-generated receipts.
Resolve problems or discrepancies concerning customers’ accounts.
Meet acceptable standards for attendance and punctuality
