Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of bank transactions including checking, savings, and loan transactions.
• Generate stop payments and holds, accept wire transfers, and process check orders.
• Sell cashier's checks, reloadable and gift cards, and license stickers.
• Balance and maintain a cash drawer by reconciling transactions and verifying cash totals.
• Provide and promote excellent customer service with a friendly demeanor.
• Develop rapport with customers, greet them by name, and thank them for their business.
• Assist customers with inquiries and problem resolution, recommending appropriate bank products and services.
