Responsibilities

• Act as a customer liaison to deliver TD's brand promise through financial expertise and consultative advice.
• Educate customers on bank products and services and refer them to appropriate team members or internal partners.
• Make product recommendations based on customer needs and highlight product features and benefits.
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management tools to proactively identify customer solutions and lead outbound sales activities.
• Evaluate issues, errors, and problems based on existing precedents or procedures.
• Build working relationships with customers and related teams to enhance customer experience.
• Engage in customer outreach, servicing, and advice activities to deliver on the bank's customer service promise.
• Facilitate loan product applications and maintain active registration status with NMLS.
