About The Position
The position is located in Bronx, New York, and involves working 30 hours per week. The pay range is between 24.25 - 32.50 USD. The role is part of the Personal & Commercial Banking line of business at TD. The candidate will be proficient in products, services, and routine transactions to educate customers on bank offerings and refer them to appropriate team members or internal partners, ensuring a positive customer experience. The role requires a broad knowledge of the product suite and processes, characterized by low to moderate complexity/risk. Responsibilities include establishing customer relationships, making product recommendations, utilizing customer relationship management tools, resolving customer issues, and engaging in customer outreach and advice activities. The candidate must maintain an active registration status with NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry).
