Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related experience required, preferably in a teller role.
• Superior customer service skills and strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to be concise, clear, and consistent.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work independently and within deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

• Teller experience preferred.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a customer liaison to deliver TD's brand promise through financial expertise and consultative advice.
• Identify opportunities to educate customers on bank products and services and refer them to appropriate team members.
• Make product recommendations based on customer needs and highlight product features and benefits.
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management tools to assess customer needs and lead outbound sales activities.
• Evaluate issues and problems based on existing precedents or procedures.
• Engage in conversations with customers about loan products and facilitate application intake.
• Participate in customer outreach and servicing activities to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers and related teams to enhance service delivery.
