Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related experience required, preferably in a teller role.
• Superior customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with clarity and consistency.
• Ability to schedule and prioritize work effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Sound judgment in decision-making and effective problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

• Teller experience preferred.
• Cross-trained to handle customer transactions.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a customer liaison to deliver TD's brand promise through financial expertise and consultative advice.
• Educate customers on bank products and services and refer them to appropriate team members or internal partners.
• Make product recommendations based on customer needs and highlight product features and benefits.
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management tools to assess customer needs and lead outbound sales activities.
• Evaluate issues and problems based on existing precedents or procedures.
• Build working relationships with customers and related teams to enhance service delivery.
• Engage in customer outreach and advice activities to fulfill the bank's service promise.
• Facilitate loan product applications and maintain active registration with NMLS.
