Requirements

• Detail-oriented and efficient
• A team player who’s not afraid to roll up your sleeves and work
• Physically capable of lifting and moving donations regularly

• Ability to assess item quality and value
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally and 50 lbs. frequently
• Willing to attend a full-day orientation in Buffalo (for full-time hires)

Responsibilities

• Sorts donations into sellable, salvage, or trash categories
• Prices items using our guide and identifies high-value goods
• Meets daily production goals and quality standards
• Transports donations to sales floor then stocks, rotates, and displays items
• Keeps work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Transports items to the compactor/dumpster as needed
• Assists at the donation door and moves donations as needed
