As a Back of House Operator, you are the backbone of the store's operations, ensuring every piece of art is handled with care and precision.

Requirements

Experience in a retail, hospitality, or operations-focused role.
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
A self-starter who is comfortable working independently.

A quick learner who is eager to master new tools and processes.

Responsibilities

Receive & Organize: Accurately receive shipments, verify contents, and keep inventory organized.
Process Artwork: Carefully prepare and package all outbound art, maintaining a meticulous chain of custody.
Assemble Frames: Build our "Gift and Go" tabletop frames, meeting all quality standards.
Prep for Pickup: Get completed orders ready for customers, ensuring a smooth handoff.
Maintain Workspace: Keep the back-of-house area clean, safe, and efficient.
Support the Team: Collaborate with the front-of-house staff to create a seamless customer experience.
Be Available: Work a flexible schedule that includes peak business days, weekends, and holidays.
