Wells Fargo is seeking a Retail Auto Relationship Manager (Virtual) to join the Consumer Lending, Strategic Alliances and Relationship Management team. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with medium to large auto dealer accounts, managing loan applications, and ensuring the stability of the credit portfolio. The position requires independent judgment to resolve complex situations while adhering to compliance requirements and fostering relationships with internal and external customers.

  • Build and maintain relationships with medium to large and complex high producing auto dealer accounts within the assigned market territory.
  • Manage auto applications, loan volume, and overall stability of the credit portfolio of assigned auto dealerships.
  • Establish and maintain dealer relationships and terminate non-performing dealers.
  • Resolve complex situations and exercise independent judgment while adhering to policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Interface with all levels of management, both internal and external partners.
  • 2+ years of Retail Auto Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Previous experience with auto operations, sales, and/or credit.
  • Wells Fargo Auto sales management and business development territory experience.
  • Experience with Wells Fargo Dealer Services systems and platforms.
  • Dealer services or auto finance risk experience.
  • Previous auto finance industry experience.
  • Client account relationship development and management experience.
  • Proficient experience with Salesforce.
  • Tableau experience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of data warehouse analysis.
  • Knowledge and experience of CRS, DEALERTRAK, and other Auto Applications.
  • Experience working in a virtual dialog environment.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
