About The Position

Westgate River Ranch Resort & Rodeo offers a unique opportunity to work with guests who enjoy the outdoors at an authentic Florida dude ranch, located on 1,700 acres overlooking the Kissimmee River, one hour south of Orlando. The resort provides various outdoor recreational opportunities, including a water park, horseback riding, airboat and swamp buggy rides, a trap & skeet range, a full-service marina, and an award-winning Saturday night rodeo. The Retail Attendant role involves stocking and organizing merchandise, assisting customers, and maintaining neat and fully stocked shelves. Duties include unloading shipments, labeling products, and ensuring a clean, organized store. Ideal candidates are organized, reliable, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and provide excellent customer service. The role requires embodying core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.

Requirements

Make decisions based on your own judgment and company policy.
Follow instructions without close supervision.
Occasional carrying and lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Must be 18 and older
Must have a Florida driver's license.
Must have 1 year of F&B experience.
Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Stock and organize merchandise, ensuring shelves are clean, orderly, and fully stocked.
Receive, unpack, and display merchandise to maximize visibility and sales.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests and addressing inquiries promptly.
Follow safety, sanitation, and cash-handling procedures in compliance with company standards.
Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient and smooth store operations.
