GENERAL FUNCTION: Manage all aspects of branch and ATM cash levels including cash management system design, data analytics and reporting. Develop and manage strategies for branch and back office support of the Bancorp ATM channel. Partner with multiple departments to deploy existing ATM hardware/software technology and design processes need to support new ATM technologies. Additional functions include identifying new processes or participating in projects that optimize workflows and resources within Retail Operations. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank’s risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Quantitative Analysis, Operations Management or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience as an analyst or manager of a cash management system used for branch banking.
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience with ATM back office operations, networks and hardware/software.
  • Minimum of 5+ year’s management experience.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interface with all levels within the organization.
  • Excellent leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

  • Execute Bancorp cash management strategy by coordinating cross functional teams from Retail and Operations.
  • Develop and manage Retail operational aspects of Alternative Delivery projects for ATMs.
  • Manage operations strategy for ATM transaction cutoff times.
  • Manage operations strategy for image enabled ATM deposit.
  • Implement and manage all operational activities associated with the Bancorp ATM Stamp program.
  • Develop strategies and communications to minimize ATM out of cash occurrences at ATMs and manage occurrences below an established goal.
  • Coordinate action plans and assign task ownership to execute activities related to ATM issue resolution.
  • Support development of training, procedures, and Reference Guides related to Alternative Delivery products and services in partnership with Education and Retail Operations Process Managers.
  • Develop branch communications related to effective sales and servicing of Alternative Delivery products and services.
  • Partner with Risk and Operations business partners to develop appropriate controls and efficiencies over Alternative Delivery products and services.
  • Identify and support growth initiatives for the ATM Channel resulting in increased transaction volume and profitability.
  • Develop collaborative business relationships within the organization and with outside vendors.
