About The Position

As a Nike Retail Associate, you embody the “Just Do It” mindset, assisting consumers in discovering products that inspire them to move, dream, and dare. You contribute to building brand trust and loyalty within the store, operating in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment across various store zones and consumer needs. The role emphasizes teamwork, optimism, and a collective drive to serve the consumer and deliver the ultimate Nike store experience.

• Lead with service, understanding and obsessing the consumer’s needs, then guiding them to the gear that elevates their performance
