Requirements

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming environment by greeting customers and delivering top-tier service.
• Stay informed on our merchandise, promotions, and store policies to assist guests with confidence.
• Ring up purchases, handle returns, and keep the checkout area smooth and efficient using our POS system.
• Keep the store looking sharp—restock shelves, tidy displays, and maintain visual standards.
• Support sales goals and store events, including Texas A&M home games and seasonal promotions.
• Pitch in on store operations like inventory, housekeeping, and event prep.
