About The Position

As a Nike Retail Associate, you are expected to embody the “Just Do It” mindset by providing exceptional service to consumers, helping them discover products that inspire movement and daring. This role involves building brand trust and loyalty within the store, working in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment across various store zones to meet consumer needs. The position emphasizes teamwork, optimism, and a collective drive to serve consumers and deliver the ultimate Nike store experience.

Requirements

Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs
Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations
Must be at least 18 (U.S.)
Completion of an online assessment as part of the application process
