About The Position

As a Nike Retail Associate, you embody the “Just Do It” mindset, serving consumers to help them discover inspiring products for movement, dreams, and daring. You contribute to building brand trust and loyalty within the store, operating in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment across various store zones and consumer needs. The role emphasizes teamwork, optimism, and a collective drive to serve consumers and deliver the ultimate Nike store experience.

Requirements

Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs
Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations
Must be at least 18 (U.S.)

Lead with service by understanding and obsessing over consumer needs, then guiding them to products that elevate their performance
