About The Position

Mission Yogurt is seeking a Retail Associate/Cashier to join their team at Black Canyon! At Black Canyon Market & Goods, they aim to make travel more enjoyable by offering grab-and-go food, drinks, and a carefully selected range of retail items. The store proudly features a variety of locally crafted goods, perfect for travelers seeking last-minute finds and meaningful souvenirs. The Retail Associate will be responsible for greeting and assisting travelers, helping them locate food, drinks, and retail items, and highlighting local products. They will also ensure the store remains organized, clean, and welcoming, providing every guest with a friendly and efficient experience in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Candidates who are enthusiastic about working within a Colorado-based company.

• Previous experience as a team member, crew member, retail associate, or sales clerk.

• Executes Mission Yogurt's safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards and procedures.
• Availability and willingness to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Interact with incoming and departing guests warmly with genuine intent and eye contact.
• Restocking high-quality products promptly.
• Taking guests' orders and payments in a timely manner.
• Manages cash drawer and follows all cash handling policies and procedures.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
• Ensure that the store is being maintained and cleaned following company standards.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, such as opening and closing duties, dress code, and processing transactions.
