Responsibilities

Delivers a concierge-level customer service experience tailored to each client.
Builds genuine relationships with customers through expert advice and product knowledge.
Understands and effectively communicates the features and benefits of premium ski hardgoods (e.g., skis, boots, bindings) and luxury softgoods (e.g., outerwear, base layers, accessories).
Assists clients with custom fittings for ski equipment and apparel.
Ensures products are displayed in an organized, visually appealing, and brand-appropriate manner.
Stays current on new product arrivals, brand stories, and ski industry trends.
Assists in restocking merchandizing product.
Maintains a clean, well-organized sales floor and fitting rooms.
Continuously develops expertise in luxury ski brands (e.g., Frauenschuh, Kjus, Norrona, Vandeer, Stockli, Arcteryx, Patagonia, Toni Sailer, Goldberg, etc)
Attends seasonal brand clinics and in-store training sessions.
Performs other duties as assigned by WPR management.
