This individual must have proven success in retail sales and the ability to understand and represent building a community through client relations. Increasing unit per transaction while providing extraordinary customer service.

Responsibilities

Walk the sales floor and review checklist and opening procedures
Add checklist bullets points
Check communication from previous day
Check Music programmed
Putting the goods out of the floor upon arrival
Organize and restock as needed
Assist in maintaining visual and merchandise presentation standards
Work to develop long term customer relationships
Maximize store cross selling opportunities

Demonstrate flexibility and ability to adapt to the changing needs of business
Understand guest service needs and deliver the extraordinary
Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
Send communication ideas to the Marketing team for daily promotions
Keep track of conversion rate – people vs sales transactions

Contribute fashions trends and selling experience comments at weekly meetings
Upsell in a customer friendly way
Stock and sort boxes and product
Capture customer data and report on shopper profiles and trends
Open and Close Stores: Responsible for store openings and closings according to procedures.
