About The Position

What we do is create world class alpine apparel for the active outdoor enthusiast. Retail Associates Burgeon is currently hiring both a full time and part-time sales associate. This job will involve interacting with customers, fulfilling orders, managing inventory, quality controlling products, and more. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, capable of working independently, and has strong communication skills. As a new and growing business, our needs are constantly evolving. Job candidates who are capable of easily adapting to changing job requirements will have many opportunities for career development and potentially future full-time (for the part time job) employment status. What You Will Do: Represent the brand by delivering exceptional customer service in-store and online Pack and ship e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently Receive, restock, and maintain organized inventory Ensure product quality through careful inspection and attention to detail Foster and enhance a culture of teamwork & collective effort Open and close the studio Prior Experience & Background: We provide systems, retail, and sales training to individuals who embody our values. This job requires you to work with your hands and occasionally lift and move boxes or materials. While no educational requirements exist, the ideal candidates will have a record of hard work and strong communication skills. Any sales, communication, retail, or marketing experience is a plus.
