Uncapped Earning Potential Event and Retail Specialists at Rite Window typically earn between $50,000 and $60,000 per year, with top performers making $80,000+ annually. Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or other customer-facing roles
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed performance goals
- Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached
- Comfortable traveling within the local area for events and store placements
Responsibilities
