About The Position

Thuma is seeking a proactive Retail Associate to join their team in Cherry Creek. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Retail Associate will exhibit an inviting, elevated, confident and friendly attitude whilst delivering a best-in-class customer experience as part of the Cherry Creek store team. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's visual identity, showcasing product knowledge, collaborating to achieve daily goals, operating various systems, serving as a Thuma Brand Ambassador, building client relationships, supporting the ecommerce customer experience team when needed, assisting in the cafe, supporting back-of-house operations, and maintaining store appearance and cleanliness.

Requirements

• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and occasional holidays.
• Ability to work in-person at the Thuma store in Cherry Creek.
• 1-2 years of experience in Retail.
• A proven record in delivering excellent customer service within a similar retail environment.
• Keen attention to detail.
• A proactive and motivated individual with the ability to take initiative.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Shopify, NetSuite and Gladly is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience, ensuring every guest receives warm, personalized service.
• Maintain the store’s visual identity within brand guidelines through merchandising and stock replenishment.
• Showcase excellent product and brand knowledge.
• Work collaboratively to achieve daily goals and contribute to the overall success of the store.
• Operate all systems seamlessly, including POS, inventory management, and clienteling platforms.
• Serve as a Thuma Brand Ambassador.
• Build and nurture client relationships.
• Support the ecommerce customer experience team by responding to customer service emails when needed.
• Step into the cafe when needed, taking orders and serving customers with precision and care.
• Support Management on back-of-house operations.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness on a daily basis.
• Other activities and functions to facilitate store success as necessary.
