Retail Associate The Retail Shop Attendant is responsible for facilitating the day-to-day operations of the retail shop, stocking inventory, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and assisting guests. It is a part-time, year-round position.
Requirements
- Must have TAPS card
Responsibilities
- Greet guests entering the gift shop
- Assist guests with choosing items and finding sizes
- Prevent loss by theft or breakage
- Maintain organized and presentable displays
- Prepare orders to be shipped through the mail
- Handle cash and credit cards to process payments and returns
- Assist in performing weekly inventories
- Coordinate with Assistant Restaurant Manager to improve product offering based on guest feedback
- Manage merchandise inventory and prepare re-orders in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction in all aspects of the Gift Shop
