About The Position

As a Nike Retail Associate, you embody the “Just Do It” mindset, providing exceptional service to help consumers discover products that inspire them to move, dream, and dare. You are responsible for building brand trust and loyalty within the store environment. The role operates in a fast-paced, high-traffic setting, requiring collaboration with a team to meet diverse consumer needs. The primary goal is to deliver the ultimate Nike store experience by serving consumers with optimism and a collective win mentality.

Requirements

• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations
• Must be at least 18 (U.S.)
• Completion of an online assessment as part of the application process
