Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous retail experience preferred
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong sales abilities and results-oriented mindset
Proficiency in operating POS systems and handling cash transactions
Basic math skills for processing sales and managing inventory
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

Guide each customer through RWSC’s Ultimate Fit Experience
Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selections
Process sales transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system
Handle cash, credit card payments, and returns according to company procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction
Stay informed about product features, promotions, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers
Participate in loss prevention efforts by remaining vigilant and following security protocols
