Responsibilities

• Perform all transactions required by customers using appropriate technology to provide services effectively and efficiently.
• Process deposits and withdrawals, including loan payments and holiday club payments.
• Sell money orders and cashiers' checks.
• Process or balance individual cash boxes and complete necessary office work, including filing signature cards and end-of-day proof.
• Utilize technology such as Teller Scanning Equipment, Cash Recycling, and Cash Dispensing machines, and assist customers with Coin Machines.
• Meet customer expectations and achieve service quality standards and mystery shop expectations.
• Maintain knowledge and compliance with the Bank's Code of Conduct and all policies and procedures.
• Participate in and complete required training and development experiences.
