About the position
As a Retail Associate at Nike Well Collective in La Cantera, you will be referred to as an Athlete, embodying the belief that everyone with a body is an athlete. This seasonal position offers up to 40 hours per week, including nights and weekends. Your role will focus on providing a premium boutique experience to customers, helping them find what they need to feel their best on their fitness journey. You will be part of a supportive team that encourages bold ideas and aims for collective goals, impacting customer experiences daily.
Responsibilities
- Provide enthusiastic, knowledgeable support about NIKE products and services to meet customer needs.
- Create a welcoming environment for customers, ensuring they feel seen and understood.
- Exceed customer expectations at every step of their journey.
- Demonstrate integrity, reliability, and kindness in all interactions.
- Operate cash registers and handle shipping and receiving duties.
- Stock products, clean, and build visual displays as needed.
- Attend store events to support teammates.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
- Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
- Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods.
