About The Position

As a Retail Associate at Nike Well Collective, you will be referred to as an Athlete, embodying the belief that everyone with a body is an athlete. This role emphasizes a holistic approach to fitness, focusing on wellness in various forms such as movement, mindfulness, nutrition, rest, and connection. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a premium boutique experience to customers, helping them find the products they need to enhance their fitness journey. You will work collaboratively with your team to achieve goals, support innovative ideas, and create memorable experiences for customers. This position is seasonal, with the potential for up to 40 hours of work per week, including nights and weekends.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old (U.S.)
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
