About The Position

The Retail Associate at Sahara Thrive Cannabis Marketplace plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience in the cannabis retail environment. This part-time position involves engaging with customers, utilizing product knowledge to assist in their purchasing decisions, and ensuring compliance with state regulations. The associate will be responsible for various retail functions, including sales, customer service, and order fulfillment, while maintaining a positive and compliant work atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes customers as they enter the facility
• Accurately utilizes the Company's Point of Sale system
• Navigates sales through cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
• Maintains required average order goals by shift and/or location
• Provides excellent customer service to all guests in the facility
• Communicates with all dispensary agents to facilitate an efficient traffic flow to maximize sales and customer satisfaction
• Accurately and efficiently fulfills in-store and online orders
• Ensures accurate order information, both physically and electronically
• Obtains the appropriate identification documents from each patient/customer at every visit
• Manages inbound and outbound calls with knowledge and efficiency
• Identifies and addresses customer needs with a goal of satisfaction
• Provides expert answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability
• Provides educational materials and resources for customers as needed
• Promotes a positive, customer-service oriented work environment
• Prepares customer online and in-store orders, if assigned
• Maintains clean and tidy facility areas
• Maintains knowledge of all applicable state and local laws and regulations
• Adheres to state regulations on purchase limits
• Performs other duties as assigned by Retail Store Manager
