About The Position

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking Retail Sales Associate | Part Time for the beautiful new Barton Creek Resort & Spa! Ranked among the best resorts in Texas: Top 5 Resorts in the Southwest Conde Nast Traveler and Top 5 Resorts in Texas Travel + Leisure World's Best Awards 2023 The Retail Sales Agent will be responsible for giving the highest guest service, maintaining Cedar Soul in an appealing manner, and creating a positive atmosphere while dealing with customers and fellow associates.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to stand and stoop for duration of a shift
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
• Must have a flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Must maintain knowledge of property and surrounding area

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and customers.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Micros POS system (Sales of Merchandise).
• Maintain working knowledge of items available and resort amenities and events to guests.
• Render professional advice, opinions, assistance, and services as required.
• Ensure the store is visually distinctive and appearance impeccably maintained.
• Assist in presentation of gift shop.
• Assist with any inventory counts.
• Maintain and balance daily cash register.
• Display conduct in an appropriate manner at all times in accordance with the Omni Hotels
