About the position

The Retail Associate Manager at T-Mobile partners with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and achieving Mobile Expert success. This role emphasizes customer service, team leadership, and operational excellence to align with T-Mobile's mission of earning customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Infuse Mobile Experts with a passion for T-Mobile's Manifesto and ensure they meet customer needs effectively.
• Complete observations of Mobile Experts' customer interactions and provide feedback for development and training.
• Manage customer wait times and stay updated on products, services, and promotions.
• Lead by example and ensure the team meets defined success measurements and completes training on time.
• Maintain the quality of the store environment and adhere to national plan-o-gram standards.
• Ensure team knowledge of store systems and corporate communications.
• Deliver financial results based on key performance indicators and manage store expenses.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong communication skills (Required)
• Leadership skills (Required)
• Knowledge of store operations (Required)
