We do this because we are Miraval. A Retail Associate is responsible for assisting guests as they shop in our boutiques.

  • Welcoming and engaging with guests as they enter the store
  • Assessing guests needs
  • Working with cash registers and processing payments
  • Attaining sales goals
  • Communicating about sales and promotions
  • Using upselling techniques to increase store sales
  • Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing
  • Knowledge of Resort Suite - training to be provided
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to use a cash register
  • Possess a strong level of professionalism while at work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Approaches challenging guest interactions with calm presence, empathy, and thoughtful communication
  • Previous Retail experience preferred
  • High School Education
  • 1 Year Retail Experience preferred
