Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of related experience preferred.
• Technical or similar background with a high aptitude for technical service.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Open availability for hours and days.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an in-store expert for Xfinity Mobile support.
• Provide in-store post-sales support for device data transfers and phone number ports.
• Support the onboarding of Xfinity Mobile customers, assisting with account setup and mobile device education.
• Perform non-sales customer service transactions, including equipment returns and order fulfillment.
• Assist Store Leadership with inventory and merchandising responsibilities.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and suggest improvements to enhance store processes.
• Maintain a clean and secure inventory area in the back of the store.
• Demonstrate company technology to new customers and ensure they understand Xfinity services.
