About The Position

We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Retail Assistant to join the Crystal Joys team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of a positive, customer-focused environment. You’ll help create a welcoming store experience while supporting day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• Basic comfort with technology (POS systems, messaging, etc.)
• Must be at least 14 years old

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a warm, helpful experience
• Assist customers with products, questions, and purchases
• Operate the register and handle cash/card transactions
• Help with additional store projects
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Learn about products and confidently share information with customers
• Support inventory tasks like restocking, labeling, and organizing
• Help with packing and fulfilling online orders as needed
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities
