About The Position

Sullivan Tire, an employee-owned company, currently has an opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager. This individual will be customer service focused and continue building Sullivan Tires loyal customer base.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Technical degree a plus!
• Two years of verifiable experience
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Solid understanding of the tire and auto service industry
• Dependable transportation
• Demonstrated staff leadership and delegation skills.
• Management and mentoring skills

Responsibilities

• Drive sales goals by ensuring customer satisfaction and being the liaison between technicians and customers.
• Provide customers with product information, schedule appointments, and handle their tire and auto service needs.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager, demonstrate staff leadership, and always professionally represent Sullivan Tire.
• Mentor and develop employees.
• Ensure that store policies and procedures are followed.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment. Follow all operation procedures.
