As a Sales Assistant Manager at HEYDUDE, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to consumers while driving sales and achieving company goals.   • Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the V.I.B.E.S. service model.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with consumers, team members, and the community.
  • Lead the store team in meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including sales and consumer service.
  • Coordinate, delegate, prioritize, and meet store deadlines.
  • Contribute to creating an enjoyable team environment that encourages sharing of suggestions and ideas.
  • Learn and assist in various departments within the store, including consumer service and product knowledge.
  • Support team members in daily retail operations, including POS management and stock replenishment.
  • Adhere to HEYDUDE Asset Protection policies and procedures.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • 2 - 3 years of total retail experience, preferably in store leadership roles.
  • Proven leadership skills with a drive to achieve team results.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record may be required.
  • Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.
