About The Position

As a key member of the retail team, you will assist the Store Manager in various aspects of store operations. Your role will involve supporting a sales-driven environment through exceptional customer service and maintaining high store standards that enhance the brand and create a positive shopping experience for customers. You will also play a crucial role in achieving the store's sales and profit goals, training and coaching staff, and protecting company assets by controlling inventory shrinkage.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with the operation of the retail store.
