Requirements
- You’ve got experience with tools and enjoy fixing, building, or tinkering.
- You can follow instructions and nail the small stuff.
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Requires repetitive wrist, hand, and figure movement, and ability to use tools requiring high dexterity.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Open to flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in multiple locations if needed.
- Reliable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assemble products like a pro inside of stores (don’t worry, we’ll train you).
- Troubleshoot assembly challenges and deliver high-quality work that meets safety standards.
- Utilize hand tools to assemble products.
- Interact with customers and coworkers, sharing your passion for precision and problem-solving.
- Work independently or with a team to meet daily assembly goals.
- Maintain tools, parts, and workspaces like the master of efficiency you are.
