Requirements

  • You’ve got experience with tools and enjoy fixing, building, or tinkering.
  • You can follow instructions and nail the small stuff.
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Requires repetitive wrist, hand, and figure movement, and ability to use tools requiring high dexterity.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Open to flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to work in multiple locations if needed.
  • Reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble products like a pro inside of stores (don’t worry, we’ll train you).
  • Troubleshoot assembly challenges and deliver high-quality work that meets safety standards.
  • Utilize hand tools to assemble products.
  • Interact with customers and coworkers, sharing your passion for precision and problem-solving.
  • Work independently or with a team to meet daily assembly goals.
  • Maintain tools, parts, and workspaces like the master of efficiency you are.
